PW Track Day - 12th of September 2025

On September 12th, 2025, PW Track Day at Pheasant Wood Circuit is YOUR chance to rev your engine, feel the adrenaline, and push your car to the limit! Whether you're driving a road-registered car, a sports car, a race car, or even an open-wheeler, this is your moment to shine. And the best part? Spectator entry is FREE, so bring your crew and get ready for an action-packed day of fun.

With only limited car spots available, be sure to secure your place quickly! The fee is $185 for the day, which includes access to the track. For those looking for extra convenience, Carports are available for an additional $50 & $30 including GST, but are limited to the first 12 submissions.

The Track Day will proceed in all weather conditions.

On the day, gates will open at 7:30am, with driver registration 7:30am to 8:30am. Driver briefing will be held at 8:45am. Cancellations must be advised at least 7 days prior to the event.

Please note should you wish to share your vehicle and have seperate drivers placed in separate groups, you will need to submit two entries. A single entry with two drivers will be sharing the same group sessions in the same car.

- Flat Closed Shoes

- Helmets (complying with AS/NZS 1698 minimum)
